Thanks for bugreport
in attached document used this formula:
=0+"-"
in 3.3.4 this formula is correct and produces 0
in 3.5.3 (possible beginning from 3.4.0) this produces #VALUE!

ps: msExcel 2007 thinks that this formula is incorrect
