We have "Bug 46250 - EDITING: Paste and Paste Special not available for
horizontally adjacent cells to horizontal cell selection", it seems that here
one oft the aspects there is described.

Can you please check some more details (for example: only horizontal direction
affected) and mark this one as DUP if you agree with my suspect?
