I can not reproduce the bug in
Versión: 5.2.3.3

Configuración regional: es-AR (es_AR); Calc: group


The attachment 129931 (after opening it in LO and saving as MS Excel 2007-2013
(.xlsx)) produced the same results in MS Excel 2011. 

Apparently LO works the same as MS Excel with the "üë" string.
