bt with debug symbols + console and gdb logs

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I could reproduce the
crash by following Xisco's comment.
This line appears several times:
warn:sw.ui:27415:1:sw/source/uibase/app/docstyle.cxx:1291: GetItemSetForPreview
not implemented for page or number or table style
