Steps:
1) Open Calc
2) Open Sidebar to Properties tab
3) Open the 'Apply Style' drop down in the Style content panel
4) Notice it only lists the 'Default' cell style

This issue has arisen since the new cell styles were introduce in 5.3 (bug 
90937).
