Summary: FORMATTING: Add inside borders for text
                    (horizontal/vertical)
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org

Text borders (all in Word)

Word has the ability to have horizontal lines between lines in a document (see
the attachment), but when opened in Libreoffice the interior lines disappear.

This appears to be a deficiency in Libreoffice formatting (there are no
interior line options in "Paragraph -> Borders -> Line Arrangement").

It does appear that the ODT format (as supported in Word 2013) does not support
interior lines as well (I tried exporting to ODT and then reopening with Word
to see what happened), so this might need an addition to the standard.

Google Docs appears to support the interior lines (but the google drive viewer
doesn't).
