Hi Eric,

To get the context menu or delete the button, you have to enable the "Design
Mode". Just open the "Form Controls" toolbar (menu View > Toolbars > Form
Controls), and click on the "Design Mode" button.

@Jay: Can we have the "Design Mode" entry also in the Edit menu, similar to
Writer and Impress?
