I have experienced a similar problem with version 5.2.6.2 with a file I am
editing. I have created a test document based on it.

Steps to reproduce:
- Save the attached .odt file as .docx
- Open the .docx
Result: the first of the 3 images is incorrectly sized in the .docx, and can't
contain the image or caption anymore.

Surprisingly, if I save as .docx the document attached by Aron using 5.2.6.2,
it shows the correct size when opened again. However, the numbering is lost.
