Description:
It seems like the Insets for bodyPr is not supported which I think it's pretty
important for precise text layout. The LibreOffice UI doesn't provide this kind
of setting, and exported PDFs ignores it either.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an PPT with text inset settings

Actual Results:  
2. Insets are not respected

Expected Results:
Correct insets for text


Reproducible: Always
