Dear all,

I confirm the issue both on LibreOffice 4.2 and LibreOfficeDev 6.0 on Debian
Jessie (8.9) with Orca 3.24.

As stated by Yousuf Orca announces when I switch between the body to the header
but when I switch from the body to the footer I hear nothing, and when I leave
the header/footer Orca doesn't announce I come back to the document body.
