            Bug ID: 111003
Summary: Unexpected file reads while closing LibO (for example
reading description.xml of all the dictionaries)
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha0+ Master
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: trivial
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: telesto at surfxs.nl

Description:
Around 22300 files are read while closing LibO. I do not think that is
necessary (but I can't evaluate that) Why should the description.xml of all the
dictionary's be read before closing LibO down?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice (Start Center)
2. Open Process Monitor with filter set to Process Name is soffice.bin
3. Close the Start Center with the red cross

Actual Results:
LibO is accessing a lot of files, which don't seem relevant for closing LibO.

Expected Results:
Less file reads

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
