Description:
LibO is trying to create the non-existing file
"program\OpenOffice\dict_word_prepostdash.brk" when scrolling down or moving
the content the next column

No actual disk writes. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Open Process Explorer with Process Name is soffice.bin (and enable the
capture
3. Scroll down

Actual Results:  
"program\OpenOffice\dict_word_prepostdash.brk" will be accessed over and over

Expected Results:
Shouldn't happen
