Starting LO in SafeMode doesn't help, because the issue doesn't occur if LO is
started.

So I deleted ~/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice. I started LO one time
to get a new user profile and then quitted LO.
Double Clicking the first document worked fine (starting LO and opening
document in about 4-5 seconds). Quitting LO.
Double Clicking the second document worked fine too. Quitting LO.
Double Clicking the third document took about 40 seconds to start LO and open
the document.

The issue also occurs with odt-documents.

I tried nearly all LO-Versions since 5.0, always the same.
I reinstalled El Capitan from the scratch, the same.
I installed Sierra, the same.

Today I tried LO Vanilla (5.2.3) from the AppStore. The bug didn't happen until
now. 

The only difference I found is the place, where the user profile is stored
LO: ~/Library/Application Support
LO Vanilla: ~/Library/Containers
