OS: Windows 10

The Paste function suddenly got turned off in Writer (the icon goes dim),
although there is indeed something in the clipboard.

Proof:
Going into such a situation, save the file, and reopening it right away, the
Paste icon becomes ON again, and pasting can then be done.
