Description:
A master page template can't be simply replaced by a different one

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Choose the Bright Blue Template
3. View -> Slide Master
4. Select Slide 1 and try to replace it with a different template master page
(shown in the Side Bar).  The Bright Blue Page isn’t replaced, but a new slide
will appear above
5. Delete the second slide (Bright Blue template)
6. Select the first slide again an choose a different template (know it can be
done)

Actual Results:  
The template 'in use' can be replaced easily

Expected Results:
It should be easy to change a master slide template
