the mime type according to ghost commander, zarchiver and bugzilla is
'video/dv'.

when i try to open using vlc for android 2.0.6, it refuses to play.

the wikipedia [ 1 ] informs that it is a spreadsheet file format.

however, the display is different, please find attachments.
