Test document

If you open test document attached, and try to scale it 130%-140%-160%-180%,
you'll see that the blue box around the text shifts relative to the text, as do
the cell borders.

This makes it impossible to tell how the lines are actually positioned relative
to the text, so you can't position them correctly so that the printout is as
you want it to appear.
