We are using Libreoffice in german with german Windows 7 + 10 machines.

Since Libreoffice 5.3.5 several functions in calc are in english.

For example the formulas must be entered in english the german ones generating
the #NAME error. The option that formulas can be entered in english is not set
(default).

Another example the Auto Filter uses english context menus instead of german
ones (ascending instead of Aufsteigend).

Another example within the options Libreoffice Calc => Allgemein => Maßeinheit
the word centimeter is used instead of Zentimeter.

Another example within the options Libreoffice Calc => Standards => Name neuer
Tabellen the default Sheet is used instead of Tabelle

A clean Userprofile doesn't prevent this bug. 

Steps to reproduce:

- Install german Libreoffice 5.3.5
- Open Calc
- Try to enter german formula (summe, wenn, etc.)
- or look at the options

This bug is only present within 5.3.5
5.3.4 or older and 5.4.0 are working correctly
