Description:
In a formula with direct references to two cells, both referenced cells with
numbers and one concatenated with "0" ends as joined text numbers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.A1:=3
2.A2:=1
3.A3= A1+"0"&A2 gives 31 as text result

Actual Results:  
.

Expected Results:
A3: 4 as number result.


Reproducible: Always
