Description:
Netpbm format .pbm, .pgm files either crashes or unable to open on libreoffice
viewer 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 alpha versions

Steps to Reproduce:
download and open 
fool.ascii.pbm http://people.sc.fsu.edu/%7Ejburkardt/data/pbma/pbma.html
saturn.ascii.pgm http://people.sc.fsu.edu/%7Ejburkardt/data/pgma/pgma.html

Actual Results:  
in endless loop

Expected Results:
open file

fileopen test result:
