Calc Format Date JJJJ-MM-DD NO Quotation Mark, but Local Date Delimiter
Displays NOT

For me this date display isue, according cell date format and local settings,
is not resolved.

Hereby an attachment where you can see, that there is no quotation mark in the
input cell.
And still the date displays NOT according the cell date format (JJJJ-MM-DD) and
the adapted calc Local Date accept setting (D-M-Y).
