Hello.

I have just installed LibreOffice 5.4.0.3 on Kde Neon (4.10.0-30-generic
#34~16.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Wed Aug 2 02:13:56 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64
GNU/Linux) and this bug seem to be resolved. Print from writer or from pdf via
okular is also correct, arrows on vectors are no more truncated.

So for me the solution is migrate from 5.3 to 5.4
