This problem can be solved installing Microsoft patch KB2999226.
In my particular situation this has not been possible.
I had to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3":

I don't mark this bug as RESOLVED because maybe this issue can be addressed in
the installation package.
