Calc Local Date Delimiter Depends From Start Up Method


LibreOffice Options behaviour!

Windows7        Full Patched
LibreOffice     V5.3.4.2

Starting Calc from:
the PortableApp Menu Item LibreOffice
Date accept pattern: D-M-Y;D-M;
Default Language: Nederlands (Belgie)

Starting Calc from:
File Browser: RightClick on .ods>Open
Date accept pattern: D/M/Y;D/M
Default Language: Standaard - Nederlands (Belgie

Local Options settings are different, depending from the start method of calc
