Description:
Right table cell border temporally disappears after highlighting text within a
table cell

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the text in B1 and apply some highlighting. Notice that the right
border will be partly gone.
3. Exit the table; problem is resolved

Actual Results:  
Visual glitch: the border partially disappears

Expected Results:
Shouldn't happen


Reproducible: Always
