The font appears to be correctly designated as a Symbol file. But, the needed
font symbol file mappings onto the lower ASCII seem to not be made--so some
fallback font is used rather than the barcode glyphs.
If the Unicode PUA (F020-F0Ad) for each glyph are used and <alt>+x converted
(or picked from Special Character dialog) they are rendered to canvas.
So there is a regression in handling symbol font mappings.
