.sdc file garbage on libreoffice viewer 5.3 alpha version

Steps to Reproduce:
open Calc_3.1.sdc
https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/writerperfect/qa/unit/data/calc/libstaroffice/pass/Calc_3.1.sdc

Actual Results:  
garbage/combination of symbols, numbers, alphabets, etc..

Expected Results:
display content

fileopen test result:
