.sda file garbage on libreoffice viewer 5.3 alpha version

Steps to Reproduce:
open Draw_3.1.sda
https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/writerperfect/qa/unit/data/draw/libstaroffice/pass/Draw_3.1.sda

Actual Results:  
garbage/combination of symbols, numbers, alphabets, etc..

Expected Results:
display content

fileopen test result:

5.3.0.0.alpha1+ [ build id: 4136757 ] garbage
