On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated yesterday, I could reproduce
this.

I noticed this repeated trace on console:
warn:oox:5947:1:oox/source/drawingml/shapecontext.cxx:126:
ShapeContext::onCreateContext: unhandled element: 3971
