I just saw the attachment  user Gian uploaded, the example is really perfect!!!
 we were looking for something similar for so long!  Please consider this to be
implemented in the printing dialog, its so important for us and i am sure for
much more people, Adobe did it  on  its  main printing dialog after they saw it
was so important for the users.
