Description:
Since Microsoft has updated Windows 10 to build 1703 the digital signature
function in Libreoffice Writer is no longer working. It cannot find the digital
signatures and the open dialogue is just blank. I have tried various versions
of Officelibre x64 and x32 versions. I have also tried Officelibre 5.4 x64.
Thunderbird recognises my digital signature with no problem.

Actual Results:  
Happens every time. Function is not working
