I have managed to find a solution. I imported the certificate (PK12) into
Internet Explorer and thedigital signature is now available. I now have the
trouble with the: Use AdEs-Compliant signature if available box. I have to
untick it everytime or else the signature will not upload. Why won't it
remember my preference? Why won't it upload a normal signature especially if
there is no AdEs compliant signature?
