hi.
if you deactivated numlock and activated screen review, just press numpad7 to
read previous line, numpad8 to read current line and numpad9 to read next line.
this problem occures in all dialog boxes and messages of program which i tested
like recovery dialog for crashed files, about: libreoffice etc.
when you do it successfully, compare it to 5.2 version of libreoffice which
screen review for reading dialogs and messages works perfectly.
i am sure that its a regression in libreoffice since version 5.3.
