Bug ID: 111821
Summary: Text in Calc becomes invisible
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 5.4.0.3 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: mitchfx at live.com
Description:
1. After adding a column, the new text added to cells in the new column is
invisible. This doesn't appear to be a formatting (text colour) issue because I
have tried to change the colour of the text to black but the test remains
invisible.
2. After adding a chart in Calc and editing the title and sub-title of the
chart, the sub-title text became invisible. Deleting the invisible text and
re-typing it did not help. The lines that became invisible remain invisible.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a couple columns of data and a chart for that data.
2. Insert a column between the two columns and try to add numbers of formulas
to the cells. The text may become invisible and trying to delete it and add new
text wont help.
3. You may also try to edit the text (title, sub-title, etc) of the chart added
in step 1. In my chart I had multiple lines for the chart sub-title. The 2nd
line became invisible.
Actual Results:
Text in chart or in cell becomes invisible.
Expected Results:
Text formatting should not change when adding new text in a chart
title/sub-title or numbers or formulas in a cell.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
I followed the instructions to restart in safe more and the text colour
remained invisible, therefore it doesn't appear to be a user profile issue.
