Description:
i can view .otg file on 5.0, 5.1 and it does not open or endless loop on 5.2,
5.3, 5.4

Steps to Reproduce:
open A4_p_18x28_2mm_LW0.otg attachment 97823

Actual Results:  
in endless loop

Expected Results:
view content

able to open

in endless loop or does not open
