When building Libreoffice  the Unit test
ScFiltersTest::testUnicodeFileNameGnumeric() in
sc/qa/unit/subsequent_filters-test.cxx fails when LANG is set to
en_US.iso88591. It does not fail when LANG=en_US.utf8.

The build fails with the message

assertion failed
