Since reported didn't attach a requested file, I obsoleted that discussion and
this bug is about attachment from Comment 5.

This "Copyright..." is in 4 places, very strange: 
- white on white but regular text in header, opens in LO
- text box upper right corner, 0,32 cm x 0,42 cm
- text box up down 0,32 cm x 0,21 cm
- text box left in front of text, height 23,18 cm and width 0,21 cm, -2,72 cm
right to Column and -0,63 cm below Paragraph, that's open as frame in LO height
23,18 cm and  width 0,21 cm, -2,54 cm to Paragraph and -0,63 cm to Margin

Title "Vertical Text by the side of pages all wrong." is not clear so I rename
to "Fileopen: large text from small DOC text box, that is partially or not seen
in Word, shown all in Writer".
