impossible to open libreoffice 5.3.5 after installation.
It  send message:" le point d’entrée de procédure
GetLogicalProcessorInformation est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons
dynamique KERNELL32.dll 

i try V 5.403 it is impossible to save a file from writer or calc
soffice crash and ask to reboot in mode "sans echec" but it is also the same
bug
