While the keystrokes "Alt + O + P" and "Alt + O + B" open the Page Format and
Bullets Format dialogs, respectively, the hotkey combinations do not work for
opening Paragraph, Character, and Column formatting dialogs.

The following hotkey keystrokes fail to open their respective formatting
dialogs:

"Alt + O + H"
"Alt + O + A"
"Alt + O + L"

These broken hotkeys are unfortunate as I use them intuitively and extensively,
so much so that I have reverted back to OpenOffice for the time being.
