http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@38-updater/2017-08-24_00.54.40/

The first update went right but now doesn't detect new updates.

Expected Results:
.


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes, deleting the user profile, the update it's verified
and launched again. But no message before update on the computer begins, so
seems it is hanged, It think while it's verifying on the net for update.
