Please bear in mind that LibreOffice is supposed to work over multiple OSes.

Ctrl-Tab is a system keyboard shortcut on MacOS, for switching between desktop
spaces.

As it is, the current keyboard shortcut for moving between Calc sheets doesn't
work on most Mac keyboards (there is no page up/down key), but at least it
doesn't interfere with system behaviour.
