I used the repro spreadsheet
I noticed in the format dialog this [$$-409]* #.##0,00;-[$$-409]* #.##0,00
There is * behind the [$$-409], when removing the * then the dollar occurs
correct before the number.
Select all cells with the currency format, right click for the format dialog or
ctrl+1  and you will see the problem
