If you don't mind sending it to me, I can take a quick look at it (can't
guarantee anything). What would definitely be helpful is reproduction steps on
how to get to a bad file.

In the meantime, the posted fix will prevent creation of duplicate built-in
named ranges and remove existing ones upon save. Closing as fixed, backports
are in gerrit.

If you manage to reproduce the name conflict with this patch included, please
open a new bug report, and add it to the See Also field and/or CC me.
