Description:
Usually the choice box appear directly under the button, but for "Format as
Currency", it appears always at the left-up corner of my desktop, whether
maximized or not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the triangle of the "Format as currency" button in the tool bar to show
it's choosebox.

Actual Results:  
The choices appear on the left-up corner of the desktop.

Expected Results:
THe choices appear under the button


Reproducible: Always
