Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached document
2. Save it as .DOCX
3. Open the new .DOCX file

Observed behaviour: Gradients have rotated 180 degrees.

CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.10; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
