I confirm the non-rendering of page 1.
Would be cool to get a screenshot from MSO.

The issues on page 2 and 3 are not bugs: you need to install the Titillium
Regular and Light fonts. Download this, unzip and install the two fonts:
https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/titillium
