---------- WORK-AROUND -----------------

Turning off Controlled folder access in Windows Defender Security Centre allows
installation to complete correctly. Then Controlled Folder Access can be turned
on.


B U G   R E P O R T -------------------

LibreOffice Calc 5.4.3.2
[No exceptions in Controlled Folder Access]

Starting program, a message that Control Folder Access has blocked C:\Program
Files\LibreOffice 5\program\soffice.bin from making unauthorized changes to the
disk.

You can open files and work but 
'Save' triggers message "saving the document xmas2017: General Error.
General input/output error." and malfunctions

'Save As' triggers message "C:\Users\...\Documents\xxx.ods  File not found.
Check the Filename and try again." 

Application will not save.

Allowing C:\Program Files\LibreOffice 5\program\soffice.bin through Controled
Folder Access does not change this behaviour.

I've not done exhaustive testing - I have only looked at
versions/application/task specificly mentioned.
