Hardware: Notebook Windows 10, 64 bit

Libre Office Writer 5.3.7 german (Downloaded under
https://de.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-still/) 

Can't see the menu bar. Tool bar is not entirely shown.

Installed on a laptop with no internet connection. How can I reset userprofil?
I suppose I will need an internet connection?

What can I do please? Can't find "Open GL".
