"Taskbar" is a MS Windows only structure--it is not cross platform so a
non-starter.

Currently cross platform we support the main menu -> Windows list of links to
all active documents of the current soffice.bin session. 

We've talked about doing a tabbed UI and that is open as bug 37134 and bug
33173
