As mentioned in https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weiches_Trennzeichen the term
"Bedingter Trennstrich" is a valid German term. The only occurrence is a
bookmark for it in Pootle and therefore also in our German help. There is
nothing I can do in our wiki help and English origin strings (yet), sadly.
Therefore I reassign the bug to default and mark it as new again. Sorry, that I
cannot do more.
